Marietta police arrested a Dallas, Georgia man involved in a hit-and-run that seriously injured two construction workers. Sources say on Sunday, Mar. 12 around 1:40 a.m. officers responded to reports of a person hit on Roswell Road under the I-75 overpass. Construction workers Jimmy Varraza and Oscar Aguilar were out of their car setting up a directional traffic board for a lane closure when they were struck.
